My Top 5 Favourite Gluten Free Recipes of 2020

1. My Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Muffins

Right at the start of lockdown, everyone started baking banana muffins, banana bread and anything banana related. I have always loved to bake with banana and, having such a sweet tooth, meant I couldn’t resist adding an extra spin to it. This recipe is quick and easy to make and tastes sooo good! You all seemed to love it too. Here is the link for my Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Banana Muffins. I will be baking another batch again soon.

2. My Gluten Free Sausage, Bean and Cheese Melt with @Lo-Dough Original Bases*

One thing I have missed since becoming a coeliac is Greggs. I loved their Sausage, Bean and Cheese Melt and have always struggled to find a good alternative. When I heard about the @Lo-Dough Original Bases I couldn’t resist trying to make a Sausage, Bean and Cheese Melt with them. The result is a light and crisp outer pocket filled to the brim with cheese and beans and sausages. I loved this snack and look forward to making more things with their Original Bases soon. You can find my recipe for that here.

I tried and loved the Lo-Dough Brownie Mix which you can find my review here but still wanted to be able to bake my own brownies.
