While I have been indulging in Apple Crumbles lately, I have still been missing cupcakes. I was experimenting in the kitchen lately and came up with these Apple Crumble Cupcakes. Packed with chunks of apples and topped with vanilla buttercream and crumble topping, these cupcakes are decadent and definately get me in the mood for the season.

To make these cupcakes simply cut and peel apples before adding to pan of water on low boil with caster sugar to soften. Make the cupcake mix before stirring in the apples and bake. Leave to cool before topping with vanilla buttercream and top with crumble topping.

These cupcakes are so sweet and the combination of vanilla buttercream and crumble topping means they are perfect to serve for dessert after a roast instead of the traditional crumble.

I hope you enjoy them. Please let me know if you try them by tagging me on Instagram using #livingcoeliac or by sharing photos directly to my Facebook Page.

Speak to you next week. Chrissi -x-
