Thank you for taking the time to look through my website. My name is Chrissi and I am a 27 year old UK resident who has been a coeliac for 3 years this Spring. I love to create new recipes and adapt existing recipes so they are gluten free. I also enjoy eating out so head on over to my mini-series: Eating Out if you are looking for inspiration on what gluten free options are available. I upload blogs twice a week: Thursday posts are dedicated to new recipes or adapted recipes so they are gluten free such as my How to Make: Simple Cupcakes, Easy Tomato Sauce and my go-to Gluten Free Jam and Cream Sponge. Other recipes coming soon include: Traybakes, Cookies, Homemade bread and more. My Sunday posts lean more towards lifestyle. Here I cover topics such as: Reviews on gluten free products, 5 tips to change your diet or my journey on my 2018 No-Spend challenge.
